Organic Sweet Orange Essential Oil

The orange (Citrus sinensis) is a citrus fruit created in India, from the crossing of the grapefruit with the tangerine. Aromatherapy with orange oil reduces anxiety and relieves moderate symptoms of depression and stress.
These essential oils are obtained by cold pressing of the fruit peel, so it is possible to contaminate them by pesticides and other chemicals used in conventional agriculture. In addition, the use of these chemicals alters the composition of the essential oil, namely the amount of aldehydes, minor components which are still important in determining their quality.

Main constituents: Limonene (95.2%), myrcenene (1.9%), α-pinene (0.6%).

Organic Tea Tree Essential Oil

The tea tree is a plant of Australian origin that was used by Aborigines for the treatment of respiratory problems. Tea tree essential oil is used as a cutaneous antiseptic because of its bactericidal and fungicidal properties. It is applied in the treatment of acne and to heal cuts and insect stings. Its topical use may also be useful in the treatment of vaginal infections.

Main constituents: 4-terpineol (43.0%), γ-terpinene (22.3%), α-terpinene (9.9%).

Palmarosa essential oil

Palmarosa (Cymbopogon martinii) is a plant native to Asia whose essential oil is widely used in perfumery and cosmetics. Its aroma, close to that of rose, causes it to be sometimes used to adulterate rose oil, which is much more expensive. Petitgrain essential oil

Petitgrain oil is obtained by steam distillation from the branches, leaves and green fruits of the bitter orange tree (Citrus aurantium var. Amara). It has properties somewhat similar to neroli (oil obtained from flowers of the same plant), although it is considered less sedative and the fragrance less exquisite. It is a soothing, relaxing and anti-depressant. It is also considered a fixative in perfumery.

It is used in cosmetics as it reduces excessive sweating and is optimal for oily skins.

PRECAUTIONS IN USE:
Avoid using this essential oil during pregnancy as it can stimulate the uterine muscles. Contains tuiona, a compound with neurotoxic effects. If you suffer from epilepsy do not use this essential oil as it may promote epileptic seizures.
